Safeguards

Electronic records are maintained in TherapyNotes, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Email, scheduling, and storage are managed through Google Workspace, which has a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are in place to protect your PHI.

3. Website Privacy Policy

Information collected

When you visit arielreiner.com, the site (hosted on Squarespace) may automatically collect:

Basic analytics data such as pages visited, device type, and general location (city/state)
Information you voluntarily provide via contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or scheduling links

Do not submit personal health details through general website forms—use only secure intake links provided through TherapyNotes.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Client records are kept for at least seven years after termination, in accordance with Oregon law. Website analytics data may be retained for a shorter operational period.
