About Ariel Reiner, MA
My corporate wellness experience began in 2015, when I started guiding mindfulness sessions for the executive team at the company where I worked as a recruiter. Word spread quickly, and soon I was invited to lead wellness workshops at other organizations—from startups and creative agencies in Washington D.C., San Francisco, and Portland to law offices as far away as Tel Aviv.
Drawing from my background as a yoga and mindfulness teacher, trauma therapist, and working creative professional, I design each workshop to meet a team’s unique needs and values.
